George L. Wang, MD is a board certified ophthalmologist with a fellowship in cornea and anterior segment diseases, and also specializes in general ophthalmology for adults and children.


He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from MIT, and his medical degree from the School of Medicine at Stony Brook University Medical Center. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine and his fellowship in cornea and anterior segment was completed at Mt. Sinai Icahn school of medicine.


Dr. Wang has over 20 years of experience in ophthalmology and has been ranked one of the top doctors in the New York area. He specializes in cataract, glaucoma, retinal and cosmetic surgeries. Dr. Wang performs premium intraocular lens surgery using multifocal presbyopia correcting and astigmatism correcting intraocular lens implants and LASIK. He also specializes in pediatric diseases such as eye-turns, lazy eye, and myopia control using CRT and orthokeratology

T. Tammy Chu, MD is a board certified ophthalmologist with a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology, and also specializes in general ophthalmology for adults and children.


She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from MIT, and her medical degree from the School of Medicine at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine. She completed her residency in ophthalmology and fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at SUNY Downstate. She serves as an Assistant Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.


Dr. Chu has over 20 years of experience in ophthalmology and has been ranked one of the top ophthalmology doctors in the New York area. She specializes in cataract and glaucoma surgeries. Dr. Chu performs laser eye surgeries for vision correction, femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery, glaucoma treatments, and retinal diseases. She also specializes in pediatric diseases such as eye-turns, lazy eye, and myopia control using CRT and orthokeratology.
